It has been observed that most of the aspirants often drop their plan, once they hear about Canadian job offer requirement for Canada PR. However, not many candidates know that there are immigration programs that offer the Canada PR visa without any Canadian job offer requirement.
Let’s try to explore pathways to get Canada PR without a job offer.
Express Entry System
The Express Entry System is the most popular pathway to immigrate to Canada. Though express entry process asks you to create an account on job bank along with express entry, however, it doesn’t really describe any prior job offer requirement for offering Canada PR.
Job offer certainly raises your point score in express entry, however, if you don’t have any job offer from Canada, you can create the profile on express entry and simultaneously apply for the provincial nomination. The provincial nomination gets you the additional 600 CRS points that makes you eligible to apply for PR visa to IRCC (Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada).
Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)
It’s the popular immigration program of Saskatchewan Province in Canada. If you apply for International Skilled Worker Occupation in demand sub-category of SINP, you don’t need any job offer from Canada. The SINP also need the minimum level of language proficiency from candidates, i.e. CLB 4. Your selection will be based on your total point score. If you are selected you will get provincial nominee certificate, which makes you eligible to apply for PR in Canada.
Quebec Skilled Worker Program (QSWP)
The Quebec Skilled Worker Program is the immigration program of Quebec province in Canada. If you choose to apply for the Quebec Skilled Worker program, you don’t require any job offer from Canada. The QSWP also need the minimum level of language proficiency from candidates, i.e. CLB 5. If you are selected in QSWP, you will get Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ), which makes you eligible to apply for Canadian PR to IRCC. In this case, IRCC only performs the health, character and document verification, while processing the PR application. The QSWP along with SINP is one of the easiest pathways to get PR in Canada apart from express entry system.
