First option you can use is to find the job in Canada, you may use your contacts, and explore the key job websites, recruitment agencies, and local newspapers, etc. in Canada to get an LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) approved job offer from a Canadian employer. If you are able to get a job offer in Canada, it will allocate you 600 additional CRS points. The additional CRS points will make your profile eligible to get the ITA from IRCC.

Second Option

The second option you have is to get the nomination from a province in Canada. Apply in express entry stream of any of the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) and get the nomination for it. On receipt of the provincial nomination, you will get additional 600 CRS points, which in turn will make you eligible to receive the ITA (Invitation to Apply) for PR visa from IRCC.
