Understanding Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)

  • Meet minimum level of language proficiency, i.e. CLB 7 For English and NCLC 7 For French

To qualify under FSWP and enter the Express Entry pool of candidates, you must meet the above mentioned minimum eligibility criteria.

Once you enter the pool and your scores are not high enough to get an ITA, you may work towards improving your score by re-taking language proficiency test, getting provincial nomination, get higher education degree or gain more work experience.
