Step 4: Receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for Canadian PR If you are placed among highest ranking applicants in the Express Entry pool, the IRCC will issue an ITA to you in an upcoming EE invitation round. with an ITA, you qualify to submit your final and complete eAPR, i.e. electronic Application for Permanent Residence along with required Canada PR documents and application within 60 days from obtaining your invitation.
