The U.S. News and World Report gathered the data by analysing 80 countries based on their labour market, income equality, economic stability, etc. Canada acquired the second spot for being ideal and immigrant friendly country while Sweden grabbed the top place.

To compile the whole data, tens of thousands of people, i.e. public and business leaders were consulted. Norway was ranked 6th followed by the mighty USA at 7th position. The U.S. News and World Report also assessed the countries on various factors including the range of economic and social aspects. Canada was also ranked 2nd best on the overall aspects, while Sweden ranked sixth based on the complete range of assessment factors. Australia grabbed the 4th place Australia the other key immigration friendly country of the world was ranked fourth in the list followed by Germany.
