Temporary Work (Skilled) visa (subclass 457)

Employers nomination scheme (Subclass186)

This is the permanent visa that allows you to live and work in Australia on a permanent basis, through sponsorship from the employer in Australia.

  • You can live and work in Australia permanently
  • study in Australia
  • You can get subsidized healthcare via Medicare and Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS)

  • You can sponsor eligible people for permanent residence.
