  • IELTS test result for English Proficiency (Minimum level 6), however, must try and achieve more for higher immigration points
  • Skill Assessment report from an approved assessing authority
 
  • Acquire state nomination if applying for Subclass 190 Visa

Since Skilled Nominated Subclass 190 Visa is a state nominated visa, you must obtain the nomination from an Australian state or territory before you apply for this visa. For Subclass 189 visa nomination from state or sponsorship from the employer is not required.

  • Submit EOI in SkillSelect System

Submit EOI in SkillSelect system and obtain minimum 60 points based on your age, education, work experience, qualification, language skills, etc. parameters. However, to obtain ITA (Invitation to Apply) for Australia PR visa, you must try and score higher immigration points than the qualifying marks (i.e. 60 points).

  • Apply for PR Visa on receipt of ITA

Once ITA (Invitation to Apply) for PR visa received, you must file the application along with all the required documents, for the same within 60 days of receiving the ITA. You may also have to acquire PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) and Medical certificate.
